Our Printing Technical Centre offers a range of services including:

• IP programming

• Loan and demo maintenance
• Swap out

Across Europe our print engineers and installers are able to offer Lupprians customers the highest level of installation print services. Lupprians operate several swap out programmes where engineers will either replace defective parts on site or exchange the defunct unit for a working printer.

The level of experience stems from many of our personnel originating from major print manufacturers and ongoing manufacturer training. Their skill spectrum ranges from basic unit set up, installing accessories, cartridge replacements, performing pen alignment, through to CSR module replacement, customer data configuration and additional software installation.
