Lupprians offers two forms of project management in the print division. The primary area relates to the management of individual projects and the relevant delivery and installation. This is carried in consultation with customers to ensure a seamless delivery and installation process.

The secondary area relates to large scale projects and roll outs. This could be for a pan European swap out programme or for a product upgrade programme. This process will entail project management, operation consultation and relationship management. The process may run over a number of months and could relate to a business activity spanning multiple years.
